1. Introduction

Welcome to Srinikas Hoarding in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. By booking, displaying, or availing our hoarding services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure smooth operations, transparency, and compliance with local municipal regulations.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance with complete details of the advertisement.

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

The remaining amount must be cleared before the display starts.

Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Design & Content Approval

The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the advertisement content.

Content must not contain offensive, unlawful, or misleading information.

All artwork/designs must be approved by Srinikas Hoarding before printing or display.

Any content violating local laws or municipal guidelines will not be displayed.

4. Permissions & Compliance

It is mandatory to comply with the Dhanbad Municipal Corporation (DMC) and Jharkhand Municipal Act 2011 guidelines.

Hoardings or advertisements without municipal approval are subject to penalties (₹25,000 fine or more, as per municipal rules).

Srinikas Hoarding ensures placement only at approved sites; however, advertisers must also ensure that their content is legally permissible.

5. Display & Maintenance

Display duration starts from the agreed date after full payment.

Hoardings will be maintained in standard condition during the booking period.

Srinikas Hoarding is not liable for damage due to natural calamities, accidents, or unauthorized removal by authorities.

Any extension of the display period must be informed and paid in advance.

6. Liability & Responsibility

The advertiser shall indemnify Srinikas Hoarding against any legal claims arising out of the advertisement content.

Srinikas Hoarding is not responsible for loss of business due to government restrictions, strikes, or force majeure events.

If an advertisement is removed by the municipal authority for non-compliance, Srinikas Hoarding holds no liability.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the display date.

Advance payment is non-refundable, but in some cases may be adjusted for future bookings at management’s discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising will first be attempted to be resolved mutually.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dhanbad courts, Jharkhand.

9. Amendments

Srinikas Hoarding reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply immediately.
